Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Atsap Holding Co LLC ("Atsap Holding Co LLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Omni Alerts ("the Service"), which we own and operate. We collect the information you provide directly (email, full name, age-verification checkboxes, county/location alert preferences) and information generated by your use of the Service (Expo push tokens, subscription and billing status, referral attribution). We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

We use your data to operate your account, send restock and drop notifications you've opted into, process subscription billing through Stripe, attribute referral commissions to influencer partners, and comply with alcohol-marketing age-verification obligations.

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service: Supabase (database & authentication hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Gemini API, used only to draft the text of restock notifications — no personal data is sent to Gemini), and Expo (push notification delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Store inventory data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party retail systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. This disclaimer applies to inventory data only and does not limit the accuracy commitments we make regarding your own account data.

With your permission, we send push notifications through Expo's push notification service to alert you about restocks and drops in the niches you've subscribed to. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings or your device's system settings; disabling notifications does not cancel your subscription or stop billing.

The web version of Omni Alerts uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Alerts and pages within the Service may link out to retailer or partner websites (for example PLCB/Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Disney, Universal, airline, cruise-line, or ski-resort sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those third-party sites. Review their own privacy policies before providing any personal information to them.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings. Requests are recorded with a timestamp and processed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and accounts found to misrepresent age eligibility will be suspended.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — Atsap Holding Co LLC does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Users in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, use the account-deletion option in Settings or contact us at info@atsapllc.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
